International Invitation Letters

Upon request, CAGLEF provides International Invitation Letters for attendees who wish to travel to Canada for the 2026 Canada Global Exchange Forum & Convention.
International Invitation Letters will be available beginning February 2026.

Please complete the request form to apply for an Invitation Letter. Our team will review and respond within 4–7 business days.

CAGLEF does not influence the visa approval process, nor can we contact embassies or consulates on your behalf. Processing times vary by country, so we strongly advise applicants to apply for their visa well in advance. Most Canadian Embassies/Consulates recommend applying at least 3 months before travel.

For official information on Canada’s visa requirements, please visit: www.cic.gc.ca

If an attendee is unable to attend due to visa denial or failure to obtain a visa, a $500 administrative fee is strictly non-refundable. Any remaining eligible portion of the registration fee will be processed in accordance with the standard cancellation policy.

Visa Information & Letters of Invitation for International Attendees

All international visitors must confirm applicable visa requirements before traveling to Canada. Requirements vary by country, and it is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have the correct documentation.

Before planning travel, attendees should contact the nearest Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate for up-to-date information.
CAGLEF cannot be held responsible for travelers who do not meet entry requirements or who fail to obtain the necessary visa.

When applying for a visa, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit applications early to allow adequate processing time. Canada’s immigration offices may require up to 12 weeks for visa decisions depending on the region.

If a Letter of Invitation is needed as part of your application, please complete the official request form.

For security and compliance reasons, CAGLEF’s Invitation Letter policy is as follows:

Visa Refund Information

Important Note:
Letters of Invitation will only be issued to participants who have completed payment of the required $500 registration fee. The issuance of a Letter of Invitation by CAGLEF does not guarantee visa approval. The letter serves solely as a supporting document outlining the purpose of your visit to Canada. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Officer, based on their independent assessment of the applicant.

CAGLEF is unable to assist with visa processing, expedite visa decisions, or intervene in embassy procedures.

If a visa is denied after a Letter of Invitation has been issued, the attendee remains responsible for their registration. Ticket transfers to another person may be allowed depending on timing and availability.

Kindly note that the $500 is non-refundable if your attendee visa is denied at the embassy/consulate.

Important: Invitation Letters are provided only to attendees who have completed full registration and payment for the event.
