Attendance Information for Local Attendees
Local attendees generally do not require any visas, letters of invitation, or travel documentation for participation. However, for administrative needs—such as employer confirmation, academic support, funding purposes, or organisational approval—CAGLEF can issue Attendance Confirmation Letters upon request.
These letters serve as official acknowledgment that you are registered to attend CAGLEF 2026 and may be used for:
- Employer or institutional leave approval
- Student or academic validation
- Professional development requirements
- Community or organisational sponsorship
- Reimbursement or internal documentation
Local Attendance Letter Guidelines:
- Letters are issued only to registered participants with a valid paid ticket or approved pass.
- Letters can only be prepared for the individual registered, not for additional guests.
- Attendance Confirmation Letters are for administrative purposes only and are not visa letters.
- All requests must be submitted with accurate personal details, including:
- First Name
- Organisation / Institution
- E-mail address
- Purpose of Letter
- Days you plan to attend
Local attendees are encouraged to request letters early if needed for professional or institutional processes.
